Taco Time crispy bean tacos

It’s a truth universally acknowledged that folks who grew up in the northwest love taco time and everyone else is a hater. But here we are: a crispy bean taco with a shell that stays crisp. Fresh iceberg lettuce, one half tomato slice. Uniformly shredded cheese. Is it superior to my local taco truck taco or any taco east of the Cascades and south of the Columbia river: No. Is it a category unto itself: enthusiastic yes.
